From the Gardens Registrar:2017 Garden Plot Applications

Hello, gardeners,

The applications for Eagle Heights and University Houses Garden plots for 2017 will be posted on our website, www.eagleheightsgardens,org, starting Thursday, December 15. If you want to renew the plot you’ve had in 2016, please print up an application and mail it, with your payment. We can only accept printed checks, not cash or credit cards. Checks should be made payable to Division of University Housing, and mailed to Eagle Heights Community Center c/o Gardens, 611 Eagle Heights, Madison, WI  53705. You may also drop off your application and payment at the Community Center. 

We will also have copies of the application packet, in English and in Mandarin, at the Center, for you to fill out. However, if you have questions about your application, please leave a note for me. The Housing staff don’t have any information about the gardens.

You may also scan in your application and email it to me. But please understand that your application will not be considered complete until we receive your payment.

Please read over the garden rules that are with the application. You are responsible for knowing these and following them.

The deadline for applications for renewing plots is February 15. After that, you can still apply for a garden plot, but you are not guaranteed to be able to renew the plot you have in 2016.
